Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join a well-established company specializing in heating, cooling, and solar energy solutions. This role involves driving sales and building strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Generate new business and meet sales targets within the industrial sector
→ Identify client needs and offer suitable HVAC, heating, and solar solutions
→ Conduct site visits and provide technical recommendations
→ Maintain and develop long-term client relationships
→ Work closely with technical teams for smooth project execution

Requirements:
→ 4–5 years of experience in B2B or industrial technical sales
→ Good knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, heat pumps, or solar solutions
→ Experience dealing with factories, warehouses, and commercial clients
→ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
→ Driving License is mandatory

Salary & Benefits:
→ AED 6,000 – 7,500 per month + incentives
