Sales Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in steel doors or related building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing client relationships, and providing technical support to customers in the construction and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
• Promote and sell steel doors to contractors, consultants, builders, and project clients.
• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and product presentations.
• Coordinate with the production and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct site visits and follow up on ongoing projects.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in steel doors, fire-rated doors, metal fabrication, or building materials.
• Good knowledge of construction projects and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and manage client relationships.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
