Job Summary:

Mahraj General Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in government-related projects for building maintenance, demolition, and general contracting works.

The ideal candidate should have experience in project acquisition, tender coordination, client handling, and business development, especially within Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure government-related projects
  • Develop business opportunities in maintenance, demolition, and contracting sectors
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and procurement departments
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and project discussions
  • Achieve sales and project acquisition targets
  • Coordinate internally with operations and project teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in sales/business development
  • Strong background in government-related projects
  • Experience in building maintenance, demolition, or general contracting preferred
  • Knowledge of tendering and project acquisition process
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Western Region markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network with government sector clients
  • Experience handling large-scale projects
  • Ability to manage technical and commercial discussions
