Sales Engineer

ole Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with clients across the construction and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, provide engineering solutions, and achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial sectors.
  • Promote the company's products, solutions, and services to consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential projects.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.

Technical Support

  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Support customers during product selection, installation, and project execution phases.

Tendering & Proposal Management

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and bid submissions.
  • Review project requirements and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular client visits and site inspections.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve technical or commercial issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.

Reporting

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Additional qualifications in Sales, Business Development, or Project Management will be an advantage.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development within the construction, building materials, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
  • Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, and government projects.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
