Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and office visits
• Develop new business opportunities in HVAC installation & maintenance·
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and technical discussions
• Prepare HVAC quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Provide technical support to customers and outdoor sales team
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams
• Follow up on quotations, approvals, and payments
• Maintain sales records, customer data, and documentation
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC sales
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and Technical sales
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) & ERP
• Negotiation & closing skills
• Client relationship management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
