Hiring: Sales Engineer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business growth in the fields of interior prefabrication, architectural finishing, and building materials .

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities across overseas markets.

✅ Track project opportunities, develop customer relationships, and manage business negotiations.

✅ Handle the full project lifecycle, including order acquisition, contract signing, execution, delivery, and payment collection.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-funded enterprises, foreign companies, local government entities, and key stakeholders.

✅ Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and market expansion activities to secure new projects and orders.

✅ Achieve sales targets and contribute to the department's annual business objectives

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

✔ Proven experience in market development within the international engineering, construction, building materials, or architectural finishing industry.

✔ Strong customer network and business development capabilities.

✔ Experience working with Chinese-funded organizations and international project stakeholders is preferred.

✔ Fluency in Arabic or English is required.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to work effectively under pressure.
