Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer – Acoustics to handle sales, business development, and technical coordination for acoustic solutions. The role involves client interaction, project-based sales, site visits, and coordination with design and execution teams to deliver effective acoustic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in acoustic solutions (wall panels, ceiling panels, soundproofing, partitions, etc.)
• Meet consultants, contractors, architects, and clients to promote acoustic products and solutions
• Conduct site visits, assess requirements, and propose suitable technical solutions
• Prepare and submit technical submittals, BOQs, quotations, and proposals
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth execution
• Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with company targets
• Follow up on leads, tenders, and ongoing projects
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Architectural preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in acoustic products or interior fit-out sales
• Strong understanding of acoustic materials, systems, and standards
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Experience dealing with consultants and contractors in the UAE market
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
