Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer – Architectural / Fit-Out to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural products, interior fit-out solutions, and construction materials sales. This role requires strong client relationship management, project-based sales expertise, and the ability to drive revenue growth in the construction and fit-out sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified project leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to clients.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and technical teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and follow up on project progress.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company sales targets.
- Close sales effectively and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and updated sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural, fit-out, or construction material sales (Qatar market preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, finishes, and project workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key client portfolios.
- Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License.
