Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales product knowledge and technical support to help close deals and achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching, qualifying prospects, and analyzing market and sales leads.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, tenders, and technical documentation.
- Lead the technical aspect of the sales process by developing and conducting professional product presentations and demonstrations.
- Increase product sales by building strong relationships with customers and recommending tailored solutions.
- Respond to tenders by addressing and expanding on technical and functional requirements in complex documentation.
- Stay updated on product developments, competitor activities, and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure sales documentation, brochures, and materials are current and aligned with company standards.
- Provide high-quality pre-sales and post-sales technical support, offering cost-effective, innovative, and reliable solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct technical training sessions and presentations for clients as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and client requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
