Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Promote, demonstrate, and sell specialized equipment to new and existing clients while meeting monthly and annual targets.
- Technical Solutions: Understand complex client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the business portfolio and achieve revenue goals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, pipeline reports, and market forecasts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Specialization: A Post-diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing Management is essential.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in equipment sales, preferably within the GCC region.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of specialized industrial equipment and sanitation solutions.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Driving License: A valid Qatar driving license is highly preferred.
- Nationality/Gender: Open to all nationalities; Asian candidates preferred.
