Job Description

Position Title: Sales Engineer – Electrical & Automation Products
Location: Doha, Qatar
Driving License: Valid Qatar Driving License Required

Company Overview:
A leading industrial solutions provider in Qatar, specializing in electrical, automation, and control systems, is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven sales experience, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a wide range of electrical and automation products including control panels, PLCs, drives, sensors, instrumentation, and related components.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.

  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.

  • Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and market share objectives.

  • Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure timely delivery and technical support.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in electrical and automation products or industrial solutions

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
