Job Purpose Responsible for ensuring all sales activities in assigned accounts (Trade sector). This position responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, managing quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Represents Company in dealing with the existing and potential clients
Upholds company business ethics and policies in all dealings. Operational
Financial: Focus on achievement of assigned targets on a Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Basis.
People: Works closely with other members of the department to ensure smooth coordination in day-to-day functioning and the achievement of role objectives. Attends to the requirements of customers and clients in a highly efficient and professional approach with utmost courtesy and kindness.
Miscellaneous : The Job holder may be required to undertake additional duties, which may be reasonably expected and forms part of the function of the job.
Key Performance Indicators :
Revenues generated Profitability Retention of existing customers and building new potential customers Customer engagement and satisfation Proposal Conversion to Business orders.
Education : Bachelors of Engineering
Experience : Minimum of 3 to 5 years' sales experience in similar business
Functional Knowledge : Knowledge of relevant best practice Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques Ability to develop and deliver presentation Ability to secure orders and close deals
