Sales Engineer-ELV, FM, MEP

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer – ELV, FM, and MEP to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, promoting technical services, and securing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and project-based work across ELV, Facilities Management, and MEP sectors.

This role is ideal for candidates with UAE experience in technical services sales and strong client relationships in the FM and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for ELV, FM, and MEP services
  • Promote AMC contracts, maintenance services, and project solutions
  • Sell ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and Intercom
  • Promote MEP maintenance services including HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing
  • Meet clients, conduct site visits, and understand project requirements
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in ELV, FM, or MEP sales
  • Strong knowledge of ELV systems, Facilities Management, and MEP services
  • Experience in AMC and project sales
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
