Sales Engineer (Energy Savings & HVAC Control)

About the Role

Technoart ELV Solutions FZC is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to expand our footprint in the energy savings and HVAC control market. You will be the primary point of contact for new business development, representing our Agile product portfolio to commercial and industrial clients. This is a hunter role; you own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy savings and HVAC controls sector.
  • Present and promote Technoart's Agile product solutions to facility managers, engineers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and value-based presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and market prospecting.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Driving License
  • Background in electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC, BMS, automation, or energy management.
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency concepts and HVAC control systems.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
