Job Description:
Space Structures Engineering Consultancy LLC is looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Engineer to support business growth by promoting engineering consultancy services and securing new projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering consultancy services

· Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and consultants

· Conduct client meetings and present company capabilities and proposals

· Coordinate with design and engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals

· Prepare fee proposals, follow up with clients, negotiate, and close deals

· Track leads, tenders, and opportunities and report to management

· Ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to the engineering team

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or related field)

· 2 to 5 years of UAE experience in sales or business development

· Experience in engineering consultancy or construction-related services is preferred

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Good understanding of the UAE construction market

· Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
