Jascon Engineering W.L.L is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Engineer – Equipment Business to promote and develop our heavy equipment sales and rental division. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the construction and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell/rent heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, rollers, generators, cranes, etc.
- Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and project managers.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
- Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable equipment.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals successfully.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery of equipment.
- Follow up on payments and ensure smooth collection process.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in equipment sales or rental business in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of heavy construction equipment.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Preferred:
- Existing client database in Qatar construction market.
- Experience in equipment rental business.
