Sales Engineer - ESCO

Purpose of Role: As a Sales Engineer at Weir ESCO, you will play a key role in growing our presence in the Turkish mining and earthmoving market. You’ll own customer relationships end‑to‑end—driving sustainable sales growth, developing new mining accounts, and supporting dealer partners with value‑adding technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to combine commercial impact with technical expertise while representing ESCO as a trusted, long‑term partner to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Drive and deliver sales growth by expanding core and complementary ESCO products and services while maintaining healthy profit margins.
Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with dealers, mining customers and bucket manufacturers across Turkey.
Provide professional and efficient customer service, including accurate quotations, understanding customer pain points, recommending solutions, and troubleshooting technical or commercial issues.
Comply with ESCO sales processes by adhering to standard work, including daily activity logs, opportunity management and maintaining accurate customer data.
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world‑class safety culture.
Job Knowledge, Education and Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates who can successfully perform the role.
Fluent in both Turkish and English.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the earthmoving, mining or bucket industry, with strong presentation and communication skills.
Action‑oriented, results‑driven mindset with a strong customer focus.
Willing and able to travel up to four days per week.
Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.
