Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer – European with a strong background in Architecture or Civil Engineering to support our business development efforts in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in managing project-based sales within the construction and architectural sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE’s construction, architectural, and engineering sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key project stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to provide accurate technical solutions and recommendations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales leads to secure orders and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, estimation, project management) to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the UAE construction industry (preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet sales targets.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
