Job description

  • 3-4 Years of Experience in Fire & Safety.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Providing ongoing training to salespeople.
