Job Description
Triolight is looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our Fire Safety Services division. The ideal candidate will drive sales of fire protection, detection, and suppression systems, as well as maintenance services (AMC). This role requires strong technical understanding and a consultative sales approach to support clients such as building owners, MEP contractors, consultants, and facility managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in fire safety (alarms, suppression, sprinklers, pumps, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, facility managers, and property developers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Provide technical guidance on system design and compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering, service, and project teams to develop system specifications and ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and support seamless handover from sales to project implementation teams.
- Promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for fire alarm, sprinkler, pump, extinguisher, and suppression systems.
- Advise clients on system upgrades, rectification, and re-certification requirements.
- Support customer training on fire system operation and compliance.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory updates.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales within the fire safety industry.
- Strong technical understanding of fire protection systems (alarms, suppression, sprinklers, pumps, extinguishers, etc.).
- Knowledge of UAEregulations and NFPA standards is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and sales pipelines independently.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
