Job Title: Sales Engineer – Fit-out (With Valid Qatar Driving License)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and technically competent Sales Engineer to join our team in the fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in sales within the fit-out or construction industry.

This role involves promoting fit-out solutions, building long-term client relationships, expanding market presence, and coordinating with internal teams to support seamless project execution across Qatar. A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory for conducting client meetings, site visits, and project assessments.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the commercial and residential fit-out market.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Technical Support

  • Provide clients with accurate technical advice on fit-out materials, systems, and design specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal design and estimation teams to develop the best possible technical solutions.

Presentations & Proposals

  • Prepare and deliver professional, tailored presentations to clients.
  • Develop competitive proposals including technical specifications, pricing, and project timelines.

Site Visits & Surveys

  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
  • Liaise with project and design teams to ensure accurate quotation and smooth project delivery.

Market Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client demands.
  • Identify emerging market segments and potential opportunity areas.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead commercial negotiations and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure all commercial terms and project details are clearly defined and mutually agreed upon.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with project management, design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the fit-out or construction industry.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of fit-out materials, systems, and market requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
