Job Title: Sales Engineer – Fit-Out (With Valid Qatar Driving License)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and technically competent Sales Engineer – Fit-Out to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in sales within the fit-out or construction industry.

This role involves promoting fit-out solutions, developing long-term client relationships, expanding market presence, and coordinating with internal teams to support seamless project execution. A valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory for conducting client meetings, site visits, and project assessments.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the commercial and residential fit-out market.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Technical Support

  • Provide clients with accurate technical advice on fit-out materials, systems, and design specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal design and estimation teams to recommend the best technical solutions.

Presentations & Proposals

  • Prepare and deliver professional, customized presentations to clients.
  • Develop competitive proposals including technical specifications, pricing, and project timelines.

Site Visits & Surveys

  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure accurate quotations and smooth project execution.

Market Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs.
  • Identify new market segments and potential areas for business development.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead commercial negotiations and finalize deals in line with company sales objectives.
  • Ensure all project terms, technical details, and commercial conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with project management, design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the fit-out or construction industry.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of fit-out materials, systems, and market requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
