Job Title: Sales Engineer – Fit-Out

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and technically competent Sales Engineer – Fit-Out to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proven sales experience within the fit-out or construction industry.

This role focuses on promoting fit-out solutions, expanding market presence, building long-term client relationships, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. A valid Qatar Driving License is essential for client meetings, site visits, and project evaluations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in commercial and residential fit-out projects.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and sales prospects.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Technical Support

  • Provide accurate technical guidance on fit-out materials, systems, and design specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal design and estimation teams to propose optimal technical solutions.

Presentations & Proposals

  • Prepare and deliver professional, customized client presentations.
  • Develop competitive proposals including technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.

Site Visits & Surveys

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure accurate quotations and seamless execution.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client requirements.
  • Identify new market segments and business development opportunities.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead commercial negotiations and close deals aligned with company sales targets.
  • Ensure all technical, commercial, and contractual terms are clearly defined and agreed upon.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with project management, design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the fit-out or construction industry in Qatar or the GCC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
