Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and technically competent Sales Engineer – Fit-Out to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proven sales experience within the fit-out or construction industry.
This role focuses on promoting fit-out solutions, expanding market presence, building long-term client relationships, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. A valid Qatar Driving License is essential for client meetings, site visits, and project evaluations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in commercial and residential fit-out projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and sales prospects.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Technical Support
- Provide accurate technical guidance on fit-out materials, systems, and design specifications.
- Coordinate with internal design and estimation teams to propose optimal technical solutions.
Presentations & Proposals
- Prepare and deliver professional, customized client presentations.
- Develop competitive proposals including technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
Site Visits & Surveys
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure accurate quotations and seamless execution.
Market Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client requirements.
- Identify new market segments and business development opportunities.
Negotiation & Closing
- Lead commercial negotiations and close deals aligned with company sales targets.
- Ensure all technical, commercial, and contractual terms are clearly defined and agreed upon.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with project management, design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the fit-out or construction industry in Qatar or the GCC.
