Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer – Fit-Out to generate business and manage client relationships for fit-out projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out solutions, including aluminum, glass, partitions, and finishes, with proven sales experience in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects, including aluminum, glass, partitions, and other fit-out solutions
• Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end clients
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing for projects
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure accurate solutions for client requirements
• Manage project sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to management
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related technical field
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in fit-out, interior contracting, or construction solutions in Saudi Arabia
• Technical knowledge of fit-out products, aluminum, glass, and interior solutions
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
