Role Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled and commercially driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell glass partition systems, aluminium solutions, and interior fit-out works across the UAE. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with sales expertise to deliver customized solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in glass, aluminium, and fit-out projects.
• Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions and product recommendations.
• Prepare detailed quotations, technical submittals, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for accurate project execution.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and clients.
• Conduct site visits, project evaluations, and technical presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated with industry standards, materials, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer in Glass, Aluminium, or Interior Fit-Out.
• Strong technical knowledge of glass partition systems and aluminium works.
• Familiarity with UAE market, including contractors and consultants.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–8 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Architecture preferred).
