Job Title: Sales Engineer - Fitout

Must have Driving license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable interior solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s interior solutions, products, and services to confidently advise clients on design, materials, and technical aspects.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct site visits, client consultations, and design discussions to ensure an accurate understanding of the client's requirements.
  • Technical Proposals: Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and design concepts to clients.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project teams, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, terms of sale, and project timelines, ensuring a win-win for both the company and the client.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and new product developments in the interiors industry.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or related industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, construction, and project execution.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Project Management: Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including designers, architects, and contractors.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
