Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer (Fitout) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding of interior fitout and joinery works, excellent client engagement skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the interior fitout and joinery sector.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, client visits, and industry references.
• Prepare, present, and explain technical and commercial proposals to clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and technical submissions.
• Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and close deals to meet assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Monitor project progress to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth execution.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the sector.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, networking events, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in interior fitout or joinery projects within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of fitout materials, joinery processes, and project execution workflows.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
