Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Engineer – Fitout to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and handling both technical and commercial aspects of interior fitout projects. Strong knowledge of materials, design concepts, and project execution within the UAE fitout market is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the interior fitout and contracting sector.
• Conduct meetings with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to present company services and build long-term relationships.
• Understand client requirements and prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate closely with the estimation, design, and project teams to ensure timely preparation of pricing, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Perform site visits and follow up on project progress to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution.
• Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in fitout or interior contracting sales within the UAE.
• Strong technical understanding of fitout materials, construction processes, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
• Strong professional network within the construction, design, and fitout industries.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
