Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer – Fitout to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of interior fitout projects, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fitout and joinery sector.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and seamless execution.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in interior fitout or joinery projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fitout materials, design concepts, and project execution processes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
