Sales Engineer for Water treatment operations

The Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of water treatment and waste management systems. The role involves ensuring system efficiency, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor water treatment systems such as RO plants, filtration units, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and troubleshoot any technical issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance checks of equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and internal teams for operational activities and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance logs, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental and safety regulations in Dubai/UAE.
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new systems and equipment.
• Optimize system performance to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Handle client communication related to service updates, maintenance schedules, and issue resolution.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and proposals when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in water treatment or wastewater management operations.
• Hands-on experience with RO systems, filtration, dosing systems, and wastewater treatment plants.
• Knowledge of UAE environmental regulations and safety standards is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
