Position Overview:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and providing technical and commercial support for interior fit-out and gypsum-related projects. This role requires a strong understanding of interior construction materials, project sales, and client needs within the fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the gypsum and interior fit-out sector.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and project follow-up.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to clients.
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and architects to specify company products.
  • Provide accurate cost estimations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the interior industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Architectural) or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in gypsum, fit-out, or construction materials.
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior systems (ceilings, partitions, drywall, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license .
