Sales Engineer - Heavy Equipment & Machinery

We are currently hiring a Sales Engineer - Heavy Equipment & Machinery to join our growing team in Sharjah, UAE.

The ideal candidate should possess strong Sales & Rental expertise within the Heavy Equipment Industry and have proven experience in the Sales and Rental of Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and rental strategies to drive revenue growth for Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP), including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Spider Lifts, Telehandlers and Truck-Mounted Boom Lifts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate closely with UG Service and Operations teams to strengthen customer engagement and retention.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activities to enhance market presence.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze business metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Implement corrective strategies and business development initiatives based on performance analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Marketing.

- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the heavy equipment and machinery industry in UAE.

- Mandatory Valid UAE Driving License.

- Demonstrated success in selling and renting Aerial Work Platforms, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms, Telehandlers and Truck-Mounted Boom Lifts.

- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated expertise in UAE Market dynamics and trends.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

• Scissor Lift, Boom Lifts, Telehandlers Sales & Rentals: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License - Mandatory (Required)
