Sales Engineer - HVAC

Job Description – Sales Engineer (HVAC Valves) – KSA

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to promote and sell HVAC chilled water valves and control solutions within the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and proven experience in project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell HVAC chilled water valves, including PICV (Pressure Independent Control Valves), control valves, balancing valves, actuators, and thermostats
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and system integrators
  • Support project sales from design/specification stage through order closure
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within KSA
  • Prepare and submit sales quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular market feedback
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of HVAC sales experience in the KSA market
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
  • Chilled water HVAC systems
  • PICV and HVAC control valves
  • Actuators and thermostats
  • Experience in project-based HVAC sales
  • Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) with good command of English
  • Valid KSA driving license (own car preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
