Sales Engineer – Industrial Electrical Products and Electrical Panels

We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Engineer with practical experience in LV/MV switchgear, electrical panels, cable trays and cable ladders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and build long-term customer relationships.
• Manage and grow accounts with industries, contractors, EPCs, and OEMs.
• Promote a range of electrical products including switchgear, control panels.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and project inquiries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure accurate project execution.

Requirements:

Qualification: B. Tech / BS Electrical or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2 years in switchgear sales.

Knowledge of LV/MV switchgear, MCB/MCCB/ACB, control panels, electrical panels, cable trays and cable ladders.

• Active customer portfolio in industries, contractors, EPCs, or OEMs is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
