Hiring: Sales Engineer – HVAC Industry

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer for a leading company in the HVAC industry in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales within the HVAC and industrial equipment market
• Promote and sell products such as boilers, chillers, valves, calorifiers, solar water heaters, panels, and related HVAC solutions
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of UAE experience in HVAC or industrial equipment sales
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and related products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• UAE Driving License is mandatory

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Into HVAC Industrial equipment sales : 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License Mandatory (Required)
