Sales Engineer – Instrumentation

Job Summary

A reputed company in the UAE is seeking a Sales Engineer – Instrumentation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and sales experience in Process Instrumentation, Environmental Monitoring, and IoT Solutions, working with clients in the Water & Wastewater, HVAC & District Cooling, EPC, MEP, and Oil & Gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and sell Process Instrumentation, Environmental Monitoring Systems, and IoT-based Solutions across UAE markets.

· Develop and maintain relationships with Water & Wastewater, Water Utilities, District Cooling Companies, EPC & MEP Contractors, and Oil & Gas clients.

· Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.

· Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the internal team.

· Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to support customers.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion strategies.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.

· Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and service teams for smooth project execution and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).

· 2 – 5 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE market.

· Proven experience working with Water & Wastewater, Utilities, HVAC & District Cooling, EPC & MEP Contractors, or Oil & Gas companies.

· Strong technical knowledge of Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature, Water Quality Analysers, and Gas Detection Instruments, as well as Data Loggers and IoT-based Monitoring Systems.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

· Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
