Sales Engineer - Interior Fitouts / HVAC Contracting

About the Role

SAM Interior Fitouts is a premium turnkey fit-out and renovation division of Saqr Al Mulook Technical Services LLC, delivering luxury interior solutions across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors in the UAE. With a reputation built on quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction, we are expanding our team to drive business growth across Dubai and the wider UAE market and are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Engineer to generate new business opportunities in the interior fit-out, renovation, construction, and HVAC contracting, The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and online platforms.
• Identify and approach potential clients for interior fit-out, renovation, construction, and maintenance projects.
• Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, property managers, and developers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Attend site visits and support project handovers when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, HVAC, MEP, or Building Materials.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• UAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
