Position: Tala sales Engineer

Location: Riyadh, and Jeddah. (This role will require the selected trainees to travel)

Duration: 1-Year Training Program (Ending in Employment)

About the program:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate in Electrical or IT Engineer to join our Tala training program. This program is designed to provide comprehensive hands-on experience and professional development opportunities in a dynamic and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will gain valuable skills and knowledge, preparing them for a successful career in the electrical or IT engineering industry.

The training program:

• The training will consist of comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals with theoretical training and practical experience with 70% from job-related experiences, 20% from interactions and collaboration with others, and 10% from theoretical training and educational events.
• This program aims to provide junior engineers with a holistic understanding of firsthand experience across various disciplines in sales organization, which include sales, pre-sales, execution team, project management, technical sales, and exposure to cross-functional departments of supply chain which includes warehouse management, product management, inventory management.
• By providing short-term stints to diverse aspects of our business, we aim to cultivate well-rounded professionals equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles through structured job rotations.
• Trainees will conduct research and gather data to support design and engineering projects
• Prepare and deliver presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Exposure to real-world engineering projects and challenges
• Support in troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under the guidance of experienced engineers

Trainee Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Understanding of electrical or mechanical engineering principles and concepts
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• High level of motivation and willingness to learn
