SALES ENGINEER-LAND SCAPING, ROAD CONTRACTING, INTERIOR FITOUT, MEP WORK,

Responsibilities:

• sales and installation of Chain link fence/supply and lay of decorative gravel & stone/ civil work knowledge
• Research market for clients.
• Visit clients on a regular basis.
• Introduce company’s products & Services.
• Develop long-term relationship with clients.
• Receive inquiries and Prepare quotation.
• Follow-up, negotiate & close deals.
• Advice clients on technical queries.
• Execute product trainings.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance & logistics departments.
• Follow-up aftersales feedback.
• Follow-up payment from customers.
• To meet all targets set by line manager.

Requirement:

• Gabion/Fencing / civil work Knowledge
• Preferably a Degree in Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering Minimum 2 year UAE Exp.
• -Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations like DM,DEWA ,IEEE etc
• Should be self motivated & willing to travel extensively.
• Responsible for reviewing, improving and implementing systems and procedures to facilitate efficient sales operations in support of the department's current and future business plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, strong understanding of customer and market dynamics are required.
• Result-oriented person with strong planning, presentation and communication skills are encouraged to apply..
• Fencing, decorative Gravel, Crusher material installation knowledge
• Valid UAE driving license
