Sales Engineer Level 1 – IT / ELV Distribution

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Junior Sales Engineer to support our sales team in promoting and selling IT and ELV products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge of IT/ELV systems, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn distribution sales processes. Preferred candidates must already be in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

· Support senior sales engineers in generating new business opportunities.

· Promote IT and ELV products to system integrators, contractors, and end users.

· Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

· Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Technical Support

· Provide basic technical product information to customers.

· Assist in product selection based on project requirements.

· Coordinate with technical and presales teams when required.

· Support product demonstrations and client presentations.

Coordination & Documentation

· Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for pricing and delivery.

· Maintain accurate records in CRM / ERP / Excel tracking sheets.

· Support tender and project documentation preparation.

· Track order status and update customers regularly.

Required Qualifications

· Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in:

o Electronics / Electrical

o IT / Computer Science

o Telecommunications

o Or related technical field

Experience

· 1–2 years experience in:

o IT / ELV sales

o Technical sales support

o Distribution or system integration environment (preferred)

Freshers with strong technical knowledge and sales interest may also be considered.
