e are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer specializing in MEP and Interior Fit-Out to drive business development and sales. The role involves identifying new opportunities, understanding client requirements, and delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions for construction and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in MEP and interior fit-out projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Understand project requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and project progress
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in MEP and interior fit-out industry
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and fit-out works
- Experience in technical sales, project estimation, or business development
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license is required
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits (30–50% travel)
- Experience in construction, contracting, or fit-out companies is highly preferred
