Sales Engineer - OEM

Operating in the automotive industry since 1952, our company—part of the Tiryakiler Group of Companies—designs and manufactures driveshafts for leading global vehicle manufacturers at its facilities in Manisa.

We are currently seeking a “Sales Engineer” to join our organization, which is certified with ISO/TS 16949, Ford Q1, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 quality management systems.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering disciplines,
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, particularly with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) companies,
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, presentation, and negotiation skills,
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility,
  • Customer-oriented mindset,
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach,
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting is considered an asset,
  • Proficiency in English is required (a second European language is an asset),
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel,
  • Holding a valid Class B driver’s license and being an active driver,


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Entering relevant data into the sales system by reviewing customer requests,
  • Analyzing customer needs and developing appropriate technical and commercial solutions,
  • Managing communication with customers regarding sales and marketing processes and conducting customer visits,
  • Coordinating with other departments involved in OEM projects,
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and finalizing quotation processes,
  • Taking an active role in achieving sales targets and exceeding team goals,
  • Managing the existing customer portfolio and strengthening customer relationships,
  • Ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction,
  • Providing regular reports to the Sales Manager and sharing necessary information.
