Sales Engineer- (project sales)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Sales Engineer / Sales Executive with strong exposure to the UAE construction and infrastructure market. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in project sales of pumps and related MEP/building services products, with the ability to generate new business and manage key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential and commercial pump industry sector.
  • Promote and sell products including:
  • Valves , Pipes and Pipe Fittings, HVAC Pumps, Sanitary Fittings, Plumbing & Drainage Systems, Pressure Gauges, Manhole Covers, Fire Pumps, Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems, GRP Water Tanks, Water Heaters
  • Coordinate and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of pumps, pump systems, and related products, including industry trends and new developments.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to customize solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close sales agreements.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
  • Focus on annual sales targets in the range of AED 3–5 million.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of project sales experience in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in selling pumps, MEP, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure products.
  • Strong network with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of UAE construction and infrastructure market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Sales, or related field (preferred).
