1. Sales Engineer

• Respond promptly and effectively to sales inquiries.
• Conduct thorough inside and outside sales activities from initial contact to deal closure.
• Work closely with the Product Development team to enhance existing products and develop new solutions.
• Support Business Development efforts by contributing to outbound sales initiatives, assisting in lead generation, and managing client relationships effectively.

2. Sales Coordinator (Engineer)

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
• Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and reporting using platforms like Odoo or Zoho CRM
• Support order processing, invoicing, and basic supply chain coordination

3. Inside Sales Engineer (Executive)

• Handle inside sales activities and provide support for external sales when needed
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Maintain client relationships and support the sales cycle from inquiry to closing
