Sales Engineer / Sales manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer / Sales Manager with 2–3 years of UAE experience and strong knowledge of fit-out, maintenance, and electro-mechanical (MEP) works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in fit-out, maintenance, and MEP projects
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and online platforms
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable engineering solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, procurement)
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Attend meetings, site inspections, and project discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in sales related to fit-out, maintenance, or MEP works
• Strong knowledge of UAE market and client network
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
