Sales Engineer - Services

Job Description:

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain services to potential clients
  • Meet with contractors, FM Companies and end users.
  • Carrying out audits and inspections, understand or create customer needs, select suitable equipment, prepare ROI for customer and prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposal.
  • Assess equipment needs and determine service needs
  • Focus on Service Sales business such as AMC, equipment upgrades, replacement with energy efficiency initiatives
  • Confer with other team members to understand client requirements
  • Secure purchase orders and service contracts to meet Sales Targets.
  • Recommend equipment upgrades to customers
  • Regularly review sales process improvements
  • Assist in researching and developing customised service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role
  • Knowledge of local HVAC Market
  • Possess awareness about HVAC products & fundamentals and application.
  • Strong Customer base of end users, OAs, FMs and Contractors.
  • Assist in the development of Service Sales Strategy for the country and provide the sales forecast.
  • Track sales budgets weekly & monthly and review the progress and short fall.
  • UAE Driving Licence

Education/Skills

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or Equivalent
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word as well as MS Office.
  • Proficiency in Design and Drafting Softwares
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and oral compulsory)
  • Desire for continuous improvement and career advancement
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player

Salary + Bonus Structure
