Job Description:
- Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain services to potential clients
- Meet with contractors, FM Companies and end users.
- Carrying out audits and inspections, understand or create customer needs, select suitable equipment, prepare ROI for customer and prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposal.
- Assess equipment needs and determine service needs
- Focus on Service Sales business such as AMC, equipment upgrades, replacement with energy efficiency initiatives
- Confer with other team members to understand client requirements
- Secure purchase orders and service contracts to meet Sales Targets.
- Recommend equipment upgrades to customers
- Regularly review sales process improvements
- Assist in researching and developing customised service offerings.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role
- Knowledge of local HVAC Market
- Possess awareness about HVAC products & fundamentals and application.
- Strong Customer base of end users, OAs, FMs and Contractors.
- Assist in the development of Service Sales Strategy for the country and provide the sales forecast.
- Track sales budgets weekly & monthly and review the progress and short fall.
- UAE Driving Licence
Education/Skills
- Mechanical Engineering degree or Equivalent
- Proficiency in Excel and Word as well as MS Office.
- Proficiency in Design and Drafting Softwares
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral compulsory)
- Desire for continuous improvement and career advancement
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
