Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sales Support
- Understand customer requirements and present technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, including training and troubleshooting.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or industry segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in coordination with the sales manager.
- Project Coordination
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
- Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Provide customer feedback to product development and marketing teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline (or equivalent technical background).
- Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or engineering (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of [insert relevant products or systems—e.g., HVAC, steel structures, automation equipment].
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
