Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in construction, steel structures, tensile shades, tents, aluminium fabrication, or related industries.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- MOFA-attested educational certificates preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of tensile membrane structures, steel fabrication, aluminium works, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify profitable opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
- Capable of preparing technical and commercial proposals independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and end clients.
- Identify project opportunities through market research, networking, and site visits.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Conduct project presentations and technical discussions with clients.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, estimation, and production teams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts to secure orders.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Support management in achieving company growth objectives and expanding market presence across the UAE.
Performance Expectations
