Sales Engineer – Switchgear, Electrical Panels

We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Engineer with practical experience in LV/MV switchgear, electrical panels, cable trays and cable ladders.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales and build long-term customer relationships.
• Develop new clients across industries, contractors, EPCs, and OEMs.
• Promote switchgear, panelboard solutions, cable trays, ladders, and related accessories.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts with regular follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams for quotations and project requirements.

Requirements:

Qualification: B. Tech / BS (Electrical preferred) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2 years in switchgear sales.

Knowledge of LV/MV switchgear, MCB/MCCB/ACB, control gear, electrical panels, cable trays and cable ladders.•

• Active customer portfolio in industries, contractors, EPCs, or OEMs is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
