Sales Engineer - Trading and Contracting

Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our contracting and trading team. The ideal candidate will already have experience in Qatar with an existing clientiele and book of business. They will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction. A driving license in Qatar is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue and gross margin as per targets consistently
  • Should have an existing book of business and clientiele
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations and invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and delivery execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is needed.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in contracting or trading industries in Qatar with 3+ years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to sales.

Compensation will consist of fixed component, but will primarily consist of incentives for hitting and exceeding targets.
